This area is near & dear to my heart because it’s where my holistic life experience began, so I’m extra pumped that you’re here!

My short backstory: I was newly pregnant with my first baby and started getting majorly in-tune (or in touch?) with questions I had been wondering for a while, but never felt compelled to find the answers to prior to getting pregnant. But once that pregnancy hit, boy did I start wondering why the products I was using to “clean” my home would warn of calling poison control if ingested. Wasn’t I breathing this in while I cleaned (and housing this growing babe)? And what about my new baby arriving that will one day be crawling all on it & most likely licking it?!

Something majorly shifted in me when the questions could no longer be silenced. I set out on a mission to learn & that’s what you’ll find here. If I’m being honest, this area holds SO much power to majorly shift your life for the better, so what are we waiting for?!
