As a vegan nutritionist, there is SO much goodness I cannot wait to dive into with you here, but let me first clarify a few things with you:

>> Whether you follow a vegan diet like me or not, you still have A LOT to gain here. The nutrition perspective that I focus on is eating REAL, WHOLE FOODS. Clearly I would LOVE if it were to all be from plant-based sources, but if you’re not there yet, then let’s at least agree that eating organic, fresh foods will make up most of our diet. Mmmkay?!

>> You’ll find mainly plant-based info on this page (or links to it), but there are more things to consider when it comes to eating the best—like why you should never purchase non-organic foods that fall onto The Dirty Dozen list.

>> I want you to view food as nourishment & something that should be celebrated. Trust me, I spent way too many years beating myself up over eating crappy foods and then kept repeating the cycle. This is no way to live. When you fuel your body with plant-based goodness, you no longer need to count calories, or protein for that matter, you just need to eat a variety & eat the rainbow, and most importantly, ENJOY it!
